Enter prescriptions, track status, and collaborate with our pharmacy—securely and efficiently.
Authorized prescribers and clinical staff can submit and manage patient-specific compounded orders online, view fulfillment progress, and communicate with our team in one place.
What you can do in the portal
- Submit prescriptions online with clear, structured order entry. Support for controlled substances via EPCS is available through our platform partner.
- See real-time order status from intake through compounding, QA/release, and shipment—including available tracking details.
- Manage refills and follow-ups with tools that reduce phone calls and manual back-and-forth. (Competitor portals emphasize refills/adherence/reporting; we provide comparable efficiency-driven workflows.)
- Securely message our pharmacists for clarification, substitutions, or documentation—designed to fit into clinical workflows.
- Address & delivery coordination: patients can confirm address/date and receive shipment notifications where enabled.
- Reporting & documentation to support audits and practice operations (order histories, status views, and exports where available).
How it works
- Create or log into your account (authorized prescribers and designated staff).
- Enter the prescription (patient details, dose/route/form, notes).
- Track progress through compounding and QA; message our team as needed.
- Receive shipment updates and access documentation when available.
